Fire Officer Biannual Report

1. Check all fire extinguishers are in place and are ok.
2. Check occupancy board and pen are operational.
3. Check all exits are clear and are marked by signs.
4. Check the notice sheets for procedures to follow in the event of a fire / or trial evacuation are up in each bunk room and in each toilet.
5. Gas bottles are stored outside in the cabinet.
6. Fire exits are kept clear of snow during the winter.
7. Check the fire exit door in the dining area has clear access and the outside ladder is ok.
8. Perform a trial evacuation.
9. Report to the Club Fire Officer when all of the above has been completed.
